Evolutionary Social Contract of Homosexuals in India

Abstract

Homosexuality is predominantly prevalent since the ancient era andhas continued to prevail until now. The study of an evolutionary socialcontract of homosexuals focuses on the vicious circle of atrocities,roadblocks and interpersonal relationships between the communitymember and the other institutions in society. It tries to analyse theacceptability and adaptability of the public toward sminusculeminorities of homosexuals with the changing legal scenario. This studyprovides a comparative analysis of the public, ranging in the agestructures of 35+ years and less than 35 years over the concept ofhomosexuality and verifies the evolving social contract.
