Abstract
Yoga is a time-honored discipline originating from the Bharat. The practice incorporates Pranayamas, which are breathing exercises, and Asanas, which are physical poses. Yoga has demonstrated significant efficacy in treating incurable and potentially life-threatening conditions. Yoga is renowned for its ability to assist individuals suffering from a diverse array of challenging and untreatable ailments. Yoga therapy, using yoga poses and breathing techniques, can be quite beneficial for sexual difficulties. Yoga can be effective in addressing sexual disorders, as these issues are frequently rooted in psychological rather than physiological factors. These symptoms may arise due to factors such as diminished selfconfidence, anxiety, fatigue, or apprehension. Additionally, there is a cognitive aspect that emphasizes meditation and focus, facilitating the attainment of harmony between the spiritual realm and the individual. This article aims to examine the fundamental concepts and many forms of yoga, along with both non-empirical and empirical evidence, that establish a connection between yoga and improved sexual function.
