Mental health, as well as sexual pleasure and wellbeing,are vital for having a happier life in marriage. Sexualwellbeing, fuelled by emotional efficacy and a positiveattitude, stimulates and supports the abolition of violentsexual behaviours and the adoption of more securesexual practices. They are at ease with their sexualidentity. As a result, it is a cognitive and emotionalappraisal. There are several paths to cultivating sexualwellbeing in married couples. Evidence suggests thatnegative shifts in emotional experiences could bringdissatisfaction in sexual experiences and graduallydecrease sexual health. It is not solely the spouses'responsibility; society should adopt steps to promoteeffective emotional wellbeing and a positive attitudetowards marriage. Couples must develop a quality life.According to studies, there is reciprocal functioningconnected to attitudes and sentiments about marriagesfor creating sexual wellbeing.
