Abstract
Yogic kriyas help to improve the functioning of testes and help inthe manufacturing of good quality sperms. Yoga therapies like Asana (posture), Pranayama (breath control), Mudra (positionsor gestures or attitudes which represent the psyche), Bandha(locks for channeling energy), Kriya or karma (cleansingpractices), Kundalini (movement of energy) and relaxationmethods are very effective in male sexual dysfunction.
