Abstract
Male sexual dysfunctions are common conditions encounteredin general as well as special clinics. However, their clinicalrecognition, proper diagnosis, and management remain delayeddue to several factors related to patient and clinician. Currentlythere are several effective and useful treatment strategies for malesexual dysfunctions. Psychoeducation, couple therapies,mindfulness-based strategies, directed masturbation, Kegelexercise, start-stop technique, squeeze technique and usingpsychological interventions, and lifestyle intervention are someof the techniques employed to manage male sexual disorders.The evidence base for many non-pharmacological techniques isfar from convincing. However, they are often utilized in clinicalscenarios empirically.
