Abstract

The world is still grappling with the COVID19 pandemic, which began sometime inDecember 2019.The World HealthOrganization (WHO) reports that, as of May10, 2021, there have been 157,897,763 casesand 3,287,082 deaths arising from COVID19 globally (WHO, 2021b). Virtually all thecountries of the world have had their shareof respiratory disease, with the United States,India, Brazil, France, and Russia being theworst hit in terms of number of cases.United States, Brazil, Mexico, India, and the United Kingdom have recorded deaths inhundreds of thousands (WHO, 2020).
